For project 1, my opinion is that the main point of the project is for the students to have a clearer vision. Why I said this because the task given is to write about what you are in 5 years later. other than that this project also want to see how far we want to change the world with our job which involve sustainability.
While in other piece of this project , we need to show our identity by drawing a symbol or anything that relate with us. so as for me I drew three leaves which symbolize my name, Ammar Anwar Ali which all words start with letter A. I use green as it is the coloured of harmony as our prophet also said that if we want to get better way of controlling our mind, seeing the green things may help. the colour also means sustainability.
For project 2, we need to draw a natural and man-made structures. In my opinion, it is how we appreciate the structures either they are man-made or natural and the project also want to see the creativity of the students in seeking the best structures to show in their project.
For project 3, still relate to myself which I need to make a sculpture. this project I got the idea form a tree where these mushrooms stack with it.
I think that this project do want to see how we strive for our success and to use our creativity.
For project 4, in a group of three we need to do a L-shape chair. From my eyes I can see that the project is about the teamwork where other opinions are going to be listened. It is a luck for me as my group members are easy to get along. I do satisfied with the result.
For project 5, in two pieces of A2 cartridge papers I need to draw the plan of given selected place. In my opinion for this project is that we need to to outside work which I think the main point is to expose the students with the real thing in this kind of work which mostly need to go to the side. We had to call the developers and went to the place for pictures. For other piece we need to state the improvement to the residence which I think the project was testing our innovative way of thinking.
For project 6, in a larger group which consist of 11 to 12 members we need to make a amphitheatre stage with given scale. What can I sum up form this project is that from different kind of majors combined into a group, where we got clearer of what we should do in our major. the scope was specific. Through this time frame, I had seen many kind of attitudes from good one until the bad one.
For project 7, we need to do an exhibition of all our best project 1 to project 6 following to each majors. This project I saw that the point is to show appreciation to those who do with their best and deserve to be shown to the public. we also need to decorate with given theme which was floating lines. Teamwork can be seen in this project which we do all things together although there are some problems we faced.
For project 8, we need to do a performance form each major. The theme was Lost Kingdom. For my major we were given pagaruyung as our kingdom. In my opinion, this project did test us where our attendance was not so good, the brainstorming of idea also not so good. But those were just for a while, we did have achieve our own stands into one at last. I am happy to have these kind of peeps in my major for next 2 years.
In conclusion, I am happy doing all these projects although mine was not so good but I had did my best. Those projects do teach me the meaning of creativity, innovative value, teamwork, time management and many more. This great moments will remain forever in my mind.
